Anyone with information about the attacks may call a special  toll-free phone number, 1-866-483-5137, or visit the FBI's  Website, http://www.ifccfbi.gov which is run by the Internet  Fraud Complaint Center, itself a joint venture of the FBI and the National White Collar Crime Center.  They are eager to recover any videos that tourists may have been shooting before and during the attacks.

Relatives looking for missing persons should call NYC Bureau of Labs, 212-447-2998 or go to NYU Medical Center, 550 First Ave., Farkas Auditorium.

They can also call a city information hotline for relatives of potential victims: 212-560-2730, 212-741-4626 or 866-856-4167

The New York Post is sponsoring a website where relatives can view information about the missing or post information about the missing.

A Families of Missing Persons Center is located at the Armory at Lexington Avenue and 26th Street. Go to the center register if a family member is missing.

TOURIST INFO

Tourists and travelers who are stranded should call the New York City Tourism Board at 212-484-1222 for help in finding food, housing etc. They should also contact their embassies or consulates in New York or Washington.

The New York City Tourism Office, at 810 Seventh Ave. at 53rd Street, is open to assist stranded travelers with the latest information.
